ASPIRE had organized a fitness check up camp for parents during the Parent Teacher Meet scheduled on 9th December 2023 It was an initiative of Pratighram Sports Academy. Renowned wellness coach Ms. Vandana Mishra counselled the parents about the necessity of inculcating healthy eating habits not only in the children but the entire family as well. She insisted on going back to kitchen shelves for nutritious diet.
