The purpose of the House culture is to provide a structure that fosters a better school culture by creating more accountability, ownership, and leadership opportunities among students and faculty in a way that is intentional and personal. Therefore, the fundamental component of the house system is its separation of students and faculty from a large group into smaller ones. In those smaller groups, accountability, ownership and leadership are more purposefully and productively taught and embodied for the ultimate end of building a stronger and committed school community.
COURAGE
Red Associated with energy, strength, power, determination. In heraldry, red is used to indicate courage.
PRUDENCE
Orange Associated with joy and sunshine. Represents success, enthusiasm, creativity, fascination, happiness, determination and encouragement. In heraldry, orange is symbolic of strength and endurance.
JUSTICE
Green is the colour of nature. It symbolizes growth, harmony, freshness, and fertility. Green suggests stability and endurance. In heraldry, green indicates growth and hope.
WISDOM
Blue is the color of the sky and water often symbolizes serenity, stability, inspiration, or wisdom. It can be a calming color, and symbolize reliability.
At ASPIRE, each student will be assigned a house and encouraged to participate in the regular activities that are organized within each house as well as between houses. Aspire will conduct inter-house activities and competitions and an annual Inter-House Championship.
In addition to the regular inter house competitions for all sports activities, Elocution, Recitation, debate etc. some activities to spur the imagination and to dare inquisitiveness will be :
