Eat fruits plenty, keep body wealthy
Grade 4 students of Aspire International School presented a role play in the School Assembly on the topic “Food and Nutrients”. The students carried the placards of all the nutrients that are needed for a healthy body. They revealed the role of proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats. They also explained the importance of water and dietary fibers. The meaning of balanced diet and its contents were also well expressed by the students. The pros and the cause of junk food was also mentioned in the role play.
